Lance Oppenheim shares scrapped, spookily retro title sequence for Primetime

Although it’s been a tad eclipsed, of late, by his more recent film offering in the United States, Lance Oppenheim’s Chris-Hansen-as-played-as-a-sort-of-lizard-man-by-Robert-Pattinson thriller Primetime is only just now rolling out abroad. (Part of A24’s apparently deliberate strategy to drive U.K. film fans nuts by not releasing some of the studio’s most-hyped movies of 2026 until a month or more after they got their initial premieres.
